Introducing. . . . Our finished Masterbath!

Remember this:

This project was one of our most acclaimed. I’ve never had so many people ask to be invited over to use my bathroom! But this tiny little room just got a tiny bit better- okay maybe a lot better! Remember how it had looked like this? (Unfortunately, I purposely didn’t include the trimless window in this shot.)

Well, come on in,

it now looks like this:

Notice: The baseboards, the framed in window, the drawer in the vanity, (all thanks to Tom) and the new “painted wallpaper.”

We’re absolutely loving it! The design on the wall opens up the space and gives it an element of design that I have not played with much in the rest of the house. New hooks on the door finally give us a place to hang our towels, and the trim around the window and door finish the space so beautifully. Now, we just need to figure out a window treatment! (I took it down for these pictures, but we currently have wax paper taped up over the window. Classy!)

I must thank Jones Design Company for the template and tutorial.

  1. WoW! It looks beautiful! How did you do the painted wall paper? I would really look forward to getting ready in the morning in there:)
